days of purchase. Memory Suppliers will also cover shipping back to us for

Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be assigned prior to any return shipment and clearly marked on the outside of the package. For product return authorization or status of your return please email us at rma@memorysuppliers.com

fees, and we will pay for the insured shipping of the memory back to our
warehouse (up to $4.95). Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

To protect our company against abuse of our return policy, wholesale/high volume ($250.00

indicated by the returns department.

SB Flash Drives and other custom imprinted products are
not returnable after they have been printed and orders in progress are not
cancelable. The 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply to Rush
Orders. Once a Rush Order (Orders that are due within 1-21 days) is
placed it can not be cancelled under any circumstances. The 30 day money back guarantee is not applicable to custom
imprinted merchandise. Merchandize ordered per customer specifications is
not refundable and orders for custom merchandise are not cancelable while in
the fulfillment process.
