All items sent for a return must have a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form accompanying the shipment. If the RMA form is missing MemorySuppliers.com reserves the right to decline a return.

How long does it take MemorySuppliers.com to process RMA for exchange?
- Generally it will take 2-3 business days to ship out new merchandise once the RMA is received.

How long does it take MemorySuppliers.com to process RMA for refund?
- Credit is processed the same day as the RMA is received; it usually takes 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
