Types of Returns

There are two types of returns—refunds and warranty replacements. Understanding the type of return you need to make will speed the return process.

Refund Requirements:
If you purchased your product(s) from MemorySuppliers.com MORE THAN 60 DAYS AGO, you are only eligible for a warranty replacement.

  • Must have been purchased less than 60 days from inquiry date.

If purchased more than 30 days ago…
The product(s) cannot be returned for a refund. If there is a problem with your part, please follow our warranty replacement process on this page.

  • Part must be a manufacturer's defect when shipped. Misuse or wrongful installation will void warranty.

If you believe your product is defective…
We want to remedy the situation. Please request a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back. An RMA number allows us to process your return quickly.

What else do I need to know about making a return?

All returns will be treated on a wait-to-receive basis.
MemorySuppliers.com will issue your refund or replacement after we receive your returned product(s) along with your authorized RMA number.

  • If you are returning a multi-piece memory kit, you will need to send back all parts.
  • When returning a any product, please return all accessories (such as cables, manuals, and CDs) that shipped with the product. If any accessories are missing, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • Products that have been modified are not covered by our limited warranty.
  • MemorySuppliers.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 25%) at our discretion. See full Warranty Terms and Conditions
  • Please retain all shipping information, including tracking numbers, until your account or original credit card has been credited by MemorySuppliers.com or until you receive the replacement product.
