Shipping Rates & Policies

We strive to bring you the most cost effective, expedient and reliable shipping service possible. Please review our shipping policies below. Qualified customer orders received prior to 6 PM CST will be approved and shipped the same day by our warehouse.

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class for domestic shipments. You should receive your products within 4-7 business days from the day you order them. We also utilize Ground shipping for more valuable orders. Please note that items shipped via ground service cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box. We offer overnight shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico, are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or even United States Postal Service. We usually deliver such items within 5-10 business days of the day you order.

We can ship most items to APO / FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.

Our warehouse does an excellent job of processing orders. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, there are errors made in shipping your order (e.g. picking errors). If we do ship the wrong product to you we will credit you the cost of product plus your original shipping and handling cost for the order on return of the order.

You may notice that the warehouse sometimes will recycle shipping boxes. This is done in an effort to reduce waste.

Shipping Options

Memory Suppliers offers several shipping methods to meet your needs for delivery time, ranging from USPS First Class Mail (4-7 business days) to Overnight Priority Delivery (next day guaranteed by 10:30 AM). The rates for the shipments are shown below:

International Shipping

Memory Suppliers will ship your product anywhere in the world. The shipping methods and rates for International Shipments are shown below. In the case of International Shipments the customer is responsible for duties and taxes. These may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Free Freight

Memory Suppliers offers free domestic USPS 1st class shipping for orders over $50 and free domestic ground shipping for orders over $100.

Order Approval

Memory Suppliers takes credit card fraud seriously; as such we utilize tools available through the credit card processors to verify your identity when a credit card transaction is submitted. Orders that do not pass the credit card verification system will be reviewed further (often requiring additional contact to you) or denied.

Additionally, Memory Suppliers uses an internal screening process developed over the years to check for other signs of possible fraud. If any of these screens are triggered you will be contacted to ensure the order was placed by you and that you do want delivery of the item. This process is initiated within hours of your order placement and you will be contacted in a timely manner.
