Placing an Order

Call directly at 800-979-9707 to speak with a sales representative and quickly place your order over the phone.  Next, we'll take your logo and any files that you want to preload onto the flash drive.  We will then immediately begin creating your pre-production proof for final approval.
At Memory Suppliers, we accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For your convenience we also accept Purchase Orders, Company Checks and Wire Transfers.
Memory Suppliers is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for goods and services shipped to Illinois addresses. The current tax rate is 9.00%.  Companies, individuals, or organizations which are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their resale certificate.
We pride ourselves in having some of the quickest lead times in the industry. Production time for the majority of our products is 5-7 business days after proof approval. Rush Service is available for most products.
After production (only 5-7 days) is complete, our standard shipping time is 2-3 Business Days.
If you have your own shipping account that you would like to use, please specify it during the order process.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified for each product, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
No clue.  But I recommend just topping it with whip cream.  Nobody will notice. 
Memory Suppliers does accept payment by purchase order from Fortune 1000, corporate accounts, schools and government agencies.  All corporate purchase orders must be accompanied by credit and/or trade references.  Upon receipt of the Purchase Order, your sales representative will contact you to confirm receipt and verify the specifics. 
For logo imprint or engraving, the logo image or text must be provided as a vector file.  The main reason is because a vector image retains its clarity when scaled up or down.   vector vs. non-vector artwork You can see how the non-vector file is all pixelated and distorted. For the vector files, the computer remembers the file using vector paths, thus avoiding pixelation of the image. Vector paths are saved as mathematical equations, allowing resizing of the image without any loss of clarity.  For the majority of other file types (jpg, bmp, png, and etc.), the computer uses a grid of pixels or small squares that get fuzzy and distorted when enlarged. 
Certain graphic programs allow saving any image as an EPS or AI file, but this does not make that file a true vector file that will allow printer/engraver to resize the file without loss of image clarity. These files will require to be recreated into a vector file by a professional graphic artist.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of customized products, once in production, an order cannot be cancelled or returned. If you need to change or cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing your order, we will make our best effort to change it. After 24 hours, we cannot make any changes to your order.
Under our Lifetime Warranty, we will replace any flash drive that isn't working for free. Contact your account manager directly to arrange for a replacement and the return of the faulty drive.
All customized flash drives sent for a return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form accompanying the shipment. For a product return authorization form, please contact your account manager. If approved for return, all returns for credit must be in original condition. If returning under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, a maximum of 500 can be returned per order. 25% will be deducted for decoration costs & shipping costs on standard items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For product return authorization Form please contact your account manager. Items returned without agreement from Memory Suppliers cannot be reimbursed. Memory Suppliers has the right to reject damaged goods and decline any return.
